A presentable gratin dish
Dish of the day and main course are not to be neglected. Matched with the most useful accessories (dish holder or presentation basket, which also act as trivets), the Pyrex or porcelain dishes from the Saulaie selection ensure even cooking and appreciable handling on a daily basis. Putting a dish in the oven and serving it without changing the container after cooking, while ensuring safety and a minimum of chic, is possible. A gratin dish is not necessarily ugly and dripping! Water vine, wicker and rattan are the three plant materials used to weave baskets and other baskets of all shapes, to accommodate an oval, round or rectangular dish. The handled dish holders are made of stainless steel or silver-plated metal.
Going beyond the Pyrex dish
It is impossible to put the small dishes in the big ones by being satisfied with the eternal Pyrex dish. A top-of-the-range table requires the use of distinguished dishes, up to the level of the dishes that will be served. La maison Saulaie therefore directs you towards a series of presentation dishes in porcelain, most of which match the most illustrious models in our selection of tableware.
